Animal Assisted (Pet) therapy is rewarding for humans and pets! If you have a few hours a month and like visiting people to brighten their days, consider becoming a Pet Therapy team member with Pawsitive Hearts Pet Therapy and Rescue, Inc. Cat & Dog Rescue
We are always looking for foster homes for both cats and dogs. Foster homes provide food, water and love. Pawsitive Hearts pays for vetting. Foster and adoption applications available here.
Adoption Centers Need Volunteers for Two Shifts Per Day:
- Exeter Petco
- Temple PetSmart.
We need at least two shifts each day for each of the stores. Morning shift is done between hours of 8:30 to 11 AM; evening shift is done between hours of 5 and 7:30 PM. Each shift is between 30 and 60 minutes and involves sifting litter boxes, providing food, water, and love to the resident cats, and making sure the adoption center and habitats are clean and tidy. Training is provided!

Fundraising and Events
We'll be hosting fundraisers and we're looking for ideas and helpers. And, for people to spread the word about our organization. Do you have something to sell and donate a portion of proceeds?
